What we collect

The forms on this site ask for, at most: your name, your work email, your organisation, your role, and, on the custom-builds page, a short description of what you want built. That is the lot. No form here asks for anything we would not happily type into someone else's website.

Where it goes

Form submissions land in our customer database (SureContact), which we use to send you the things you asked for, and occasionally a short note when something genuinely useful lands. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works the first time. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, and there are no advertising trackers on this site. Two analytics tools run here. Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages people arrive on. PostHog records how the pages get used: what is clicked, how far down people scroll, and how long a page holds attention. We do not record your screen. Both tools set their own cookies, neither is used for advertising, and neither is connected to your email address. If you have a Hub account, the only thing joined to your activity is that account's internal ID. All of it exists to answer one question, which is which of these free resources are worth making more of. Beyond that, the only things stored in your browser are your light-or-dark theme choice and, if you take a file, the email you typed so you don't have to type it twice.

The downloads

Files in the library ask for your email once. The download starts instantly, a backup copy goes to your inbox, and the same address is what lets you open the whole library inside the Hub. It adds you to our list; unsubscribing works the first time, and the files are yours either way.

If you book a call

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads only if you open it. What you enter there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and lands in Kyle's calendar.

Who holds it

AI Impact Hub is the brand you see. The company holding your information is Kyle Behrend Pty Ltd (ABN 88 699 700 000), an Australian company, and the same one behind the Pathway and Because of You. Nobody else has it to sell.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and it will be done, usually within days.
